Jerry, with 30+ years’ experience, both as a principal and business adviser, works with board members, senior executives and attorneys across all aspects of financial services and select other industries.  He has worked with many of the top 20 asset managers, banks, and insurance institutions.

He served as (i) Duff & Phelps' global financial services leader, (ii) a PricewaterhouseCoopers audit and business advisory partner, (iii) a senior officer at Ryland Mortgage (driving $7+ billion in asset growth), (iv) COO & investment strategist for a $50 billion real estate fund, (v) CEO of an asset management start-up, (vi) CEO of a commercial lending business and (vii) chief technology designer for an internet based financial contract measurement business.  He also directed Standard & Poor's Risk Solutions (Basel advisory) unit across four continents.

Jerry, who is a certified public accountant, and accredited in business valuation (by the AICPA), has acquired/disposed of dozens of loan pools and operating businesses, valued 1+ million loans/leases and debt securities, aggregating $1+ trillion (including residential, commercial real estate and equipment securitizations), and hundreds of business enterprises, and advised on 20 IPOs (including leading 2 roadshows).

He has testified in federal and state courts relating to corporate restructurings and valuations, and has served as a board member with organizations.
