Al, with 30+ years’ experience working with board members and senior officers in numerous regional banks and asset managers has addressed all aspects of accounting and finance in a banking environment, including directing 100+ personnel addressing numerous SEC filings; mergers and acquisitions - due diligence, financial reporting and integration; and other regulatory reporting matters. 

Al's career includes serving as:

• CFO (or acting CFO) at Somerset Hill Bancorp, United National Bancorp and 1st Constitution Bank, 
• Managing Director at BlackRock, responsible for Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting Valuations, 
• Senior Vice President at PNC Bank where he (i) was responsible for certain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance matters, and (ii) served on various merger and acquisition integration teams,
• EVP-Finance at Summit Bank, where he was responsible for cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, planning and taxation, and
• SVP at The Bank of New York, where he ran the Corporate Accounting function.​
